Liverpool and West Ham United are monitoring closely Amantino Mancini's new contract talks with Roma.
Both Premiership clubs made enquiries after the Brazilian winger over the summer and are aware that Olympique Lyon made a late bid for him in the final week of the summer market.
Mancini's agent, Gilmar Veloz, expects to hold talks over an improved deal next month and Liverpool and West Ham are keeping tabs on developments, says the Daily Star Sunday.
